ABOUT DIRECT HR:

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone Interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
Key Objective:
To provide management and leadership for the foundry to ensure that the departments maximize production of highest quality, cost efficient products on time every time
+ Setting and meeting Financial budgets
+ Development of new business opportunities
+ Ensuring Plant Safety Policies are adhered to
+ Introduction of new products on a Right First Time basis
+ Continuous improvement in plant efficiencies
+ Completion of all jobs safely on time and on budget
+ Maximising effective use of Synchro job scheduling software
+ Using daily production information to drive continuous improvements
+ Reporting weekly to MD on key plant performance measures
+ Development of a Team Based company structure
+ Provide regular communication to all employees including but not limited to Company Policies, safety requirements, production performance etc
+ Ensuring staffing levels meet production requirements
+ Control of staff turnover and absenteeism
+ Reviewing needs and authorising staff training
+ Employee reviews, participate in staff development and discipline
+ Promote the company in a professional manner
Requirements:
+ Degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration
+ Strong leadership & people management skills
+ Steel and/or Iron Foundry experience
+ Track record in managing in metal manufacturing plants
+ Experience with customer development in a technical or sales capacity
+ Computer literate in Microsoft Office products
+ Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
+ Chinese native speaker
+ Decent working knowledge English (esp reading and writing) to report to foreign national
+ Willing to live and work in Jinhua, Zhejiang
+ Willing to travel occasionally
