职位描述
Job Specification:
1.To support in-house systems (ERP, PDM) for user enquiries as well as systems usage training.
负责解答同事关于公司内部系统（ERP，PDM）的疑问以及有关的操作培训；
2.To maintain in-house systems (user accounts; data integrity; permission setting).
负责维护系统，比如：用户的账户，数据的完整性，以及用户的权限设定
3.To assist on testing in-house systems (integration testing).
协助系统的测试工作
4.To maintain documentation (user guides, training materials, procedure guideline, maintenance guideline).
负责维护系统有关文件，比如：用户指引，培训资料，程序指引，维护指引
5.To analyze system usage, users’ questions, users’ feedback in order to provide better service and suggestion
分析系统的使用情况，用户的问题，用户的反馈，以提供更好的服务及建议
6.To assist on reports generation using Excel and SQL language.
协助用Excel及SQL语言生成有关报表
Requirements:
1.University Degree (Computer Science/Information Technology is an advantage).
2.at least 2 solid working experience of customer service in English and Chinese.
3.Good knowledge on office tools usage (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio).
4.Good communication skills in Cantonese and Putonghua (good english is advantage).
5.Good Manner;accept challenges;positive thinking.
