Responsibilities:

1. Co-work with Other team to improve productivity (Lean, SGA, OEE improvement…)
2. Be responsible for line operation SPEC generation and maintain;
3. Setup error-proof system and automation process for 0 quality issue;
4. Line process issue investigation and work with QA for preventive actions;
5. Maintain System test system (Server VLine setup, Key monitor, Anti-Virus…);
6. Be responsible to investigate customer issue (IQI,CQI,RMA…);
7. Setup new process for new product or other requirements;
8. Manage subcon testing process to meet Sandisk quality requirement;

Delivery Results:

1. Meet improvement goal(OEE, Lean, SGA…);
2. Achieve company Quality goal;
3. Achieve process automation goal;

教育背景Education

1. bachelor degree, majored in electronic engineering/mechanical engineering/computer science is preferred 知识Knowledge

   *职位要求的信息或知识范围 Statement of the Informational or conceptual framework required by the Job

   1. Familiar with one of the computer language is preferred (VB, Perl, C++…);
   2. Semiconductor test background is needed;

   相关工作经验Experiences

   Minimums 2 years’ work experience of semiconductor product or test related area

   1. Good English skill, both listen and oral;
