Sr. Manufacturing Process Engineer

Job Description:

1. Design the production process, layout and build the equipment and fixture for new products.

2. Do the new product production feasibility study and PFMEA.

3. Setup working instruction for the new products, provide deep dive training to production with each specific manufacturing step.

4. Lead new product production pilot run and give modification suggestion and request to NPI team.

5. Establish and maintain production documents (Working instruction, OCAP, FMEA, and other engineering documents).

6. Drive process capability projects to achieve optimal, stable and quantifiable processes to achieve robust, sustained quality and output improvements.

Requirement:

1. Major in Mechanical or Engineer related, Bachelor degree, more than 6 years working experience.

2. Be familiar with production process, manual assembly, and auto assembly process and layout design.

3. Have strong ability to find the problem, resolve the problem and prevent the problem happened again;

4. Six Sigma Green/Black Belt Certified preferred

5. Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese;

6. Be capable of using Microsoft office software (Excel, Word, etc.);

7. Good communication and Good teamwork spirit is must.

8. Ability to multi- task and prioritize, perform work under relatively stressful environment.
