The purpose

• Manage all the testing & qualification activities for the main OEMs we work with
• Support sales of white/private labels they have in the Chinese market

Job Description

• Manage the schedule per OEM/project for CSS strategic OEMs
• Samples management (delivery, PCNs, on-site upgrades, swapping, etc.)
• Qual test suite management (pre-test information, qual platforms for initial tests/EMI/SI, on-site support during qual, etc.)

Deliverables/Output

• Set the personal relationship with the major ODMs
• Improve out test coverage
• Make sure qual flow smoothly, handle ODMs' issue immediately (i.e. shut down small fires at the ODMs before they get to OEM's attention)
• Get competitive information on competitive products, their supply, etc.

Skillset & requirements

• Business oriented
• Program management experience of ODMs
• Tech/quality background in Semiconductor industry
• Production/assembly understanding
• Human relationship & team work with SDSS/QSI teams
