职位描述
Responsibilities:
1) Commercial Manager / Sales Person responsible for the team’s business development and key client maintenance, keep increase market share within its responsible field
2) People Manager responsible for leading the team in an inspirational manner and steering the consultants in their activities to generate results
3) Process Manager responsible for ensuring that there is alignment in the systems/ processes used within the team
Requirements:
1) Bachelor degree or above，minimum of Seven years experience in executive search industry or consulting industry including three years’ experience as a people manager.
2) Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English
3) Passion for HR service industry
4) Teamwork in a fast-pace and dynamic environment, and coordinate relationships
5) Result oriented, be able to work according to targets and deadlines

业务发展：负责团队的业务发展和大客户维护，在相关领域保持市场份额稳定增长。
人员管理：启发性的带领团队，指导顾问完成业绩指标
流程管理：保证团队的运作符合公司系统/流程的规定
工作要求：
全日制本科或以上学历，欢迎海外留学背景人才申请
8年以上消费品行业猎头经验，3年以上团队管理经验
中英文流利，熟练操作办公软件
能在快速发展，充满活力的环境中与团队合作，协调各方面关系
