职位描述
Title: Business Development Manager Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for business development in East region，Building up and maintaining good relationships with key Account
2) Collect market information and prepare business plans , according to direction of company requirement and through close cooperation with other team to development client
3) Responsible for negotiating with the client, signed the contract and getting orders, achieve company’s requirements and targets.
Requirements:
4) Bachelor degree or above
5) more than eight years sales experience in HR consulting or service industry.
6) Excellent communication skills in English
7) Teamwork in a fast-pace and dynamic environment
8) Result oriented, be able to work according to targets and deadlines
9) Familiar with a specific industry, able to develop and grow business within the field independently.
工作职责：
1) 负责华东区业务拓展和大客户关系的建立和维护
2) 收集市场信息和准备商业计划书，按公司要求方向和其他团队紧密合作共同开发客户
3) 负责跟客户谈判，签订合同拿到订单,达到公司的要求和指标。
工作要求：
4) 全日制本科或以上学历
5) 至少8年人力资源咨询或者服务行业销售经验
6) 优秀的英文沟通能力
7) 能在快速发展，充满活力的环境中与团队合作
8) 结果导向，能按照业绩指标和时限要求工作
9) 能够在相关行业独立开发并发展业务
