职位描述

Responsibilities:

? Develop prospects from leads approaching, convert into sales pipeline and achieve sales target;

? Pro-actively work with Account Managers to identify, qualify, pursue and close RPO opportunities in large national accounts;

? Create and lead virtual customer engagement or ‘pursuit’ teams to nurture and close large, multi-million RMB RPO opportunities that result in substantial incremental acquisitions and GP;

? Become the ‘trusted advisor’ on recruitment services to address the client’s business challenges (Align opportunity plan to prospect objectives & priorities);

? Creatively position the company’s value propositions;

? Provide the business rationale and risk assessment to management for making investments in the account to develop business。



Requirements:

? University graduate or above;

? 5 to 7 years sales or sales/business management experience in dealing with HR department;

? 4 to 5 years experience in Enterprise-level selling/consulting in the outsourcing/consulting services business;

? Managing complete lifecycle of a complex sale & multiple client engagements;

? C-level engagement, with social maturity for Executive level contact;

? Fluent English, good computer/Microsoft Office skills.
