Randstad as a 500 Fortune Company is looking for finance talents who have potential competences, experience and ambition to co-drive and ensure the business as well as navigate the company towards value creation after being trained and developed by Randstad international financial management program.

Randstad international financial management program aims to improve the finance talent pipeline, international mobility and succession by assigning both locally and internally.

The program contains the following nature:

? Increasing the number of high potential finance talents who will be able to hold a senior finance professional position a number of years after.

? Attracting world league finance talents in key markets to improve on internal promotion targets and international mobility

? Consciously developing leadership and finance competences by offering specific trainings and support in the international Randstad environment

? Jobs/assignments in the traineeship has both China and international (at holding or another Randstad company) perspectives.

? At the end the traineeship, the international finance trainee will get his/her first formal appointment and continues his/her career at Randstad (in principle home country)

Qualification:

? MBA or Master degree in finance, accounting, or related major if you are a university student.

? Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, or related major if you have 1 or 2 years experience working in multinational enterprise or big 4.

? Overseas education background is a plus.

? Academic excellence with financial competence;

? Demonstrated leadership ability and initiative;

? Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills;

? Flexible working in different environments with cultural intelligence and sensitivity

? Mobility to move around the world

? Fluency in English and Mandarin
