职位描述:
? Be responsible for daily administrative operations, including security, office building maintenance & cleaning, office supply, transportation, dining room etc.
? Provide general admin support, e.g. travel documents, air-tickets, business license renewal, and etc.
? Review, negotiate and approve contracts for administration cost
? Plan and manage the administrative cost to meet the business needs and maximize the cost effectiveness
? Support company activities and events
? Manage admin team including 1 admin assistant, 1 receptionist, 1 cleaner and 1 driver
? Other admin tasks and duties as assigned
? take care of SH office moving project( plan,budgeting,Design development process,Interview and evaluate the fit-out contractors, designers and suppliers,Tendering process,Project testing, commissioning and handover )
职位要求:
本科以上学历
至少5年的行政工作经验,3年的leader经验,且有过办公室搬迁的经验。
沟通能力和执行力强
具备熟练的英文听说读写能力
