职位描述

职能/Responsibilities


1) Operator;

2) Air-ticket booking/monthly payment claim;

3) Hotel room reservation

4) Vehicle arrangement/monthly record for vehicle use;

5) Monthly Visitor’s record;

6) Monthly payment claim for Express Delivery;

7) Booking/Setting up the meeting rooms;

8) Other administrative assignments.


要求/Requirement:

1) College degree or above

2) At least 2 year experience in secretarial or office administrative work in multi-national companies

3) Good English skills, both oral and written

4) Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills, be willing and quick to learn, cooperative, responsible and responsive working attitude.

5) Integrity and detail oriented, be able to work under pressure.


Other Requirements:

- Ability to work independently under pressure

- Ability to work well with all levels and types of people

- Excellent execution and follow-up to get things done

- Quick learning capability and be willing to take challenges
