职位描述
Responsibility：
Support Training and Development activities in below areas:
? Training logistics: scheduling, coordination and on site support.
? Training program management: coordinate instructors and participants, follow up with participants and mentors to ensure they complete tasks per timeline.
? Training metrics and reports
Support recruiting in below areas:
? Junior position recruitment.
? Coordinate interview schedules.
? Maintain data and run recruitment report from HRIS system.
? Involve in campus programs as required.
HR data analysis and reporting:
? Collect, analyze HR related data and consolidate HR reports on a regular basis.
Admin support to Department head:
? Meeting scheduling, travel scheduling and etc.
? Ad hoc HR projects.
Qualifications:
1) University graduates, prefer a major in Human Resources Mgt, Psychology or related disciplines.
2) Three years above solid Human Resource experience gained in sizable/multinational corporations.
3) Experience in training, recruiting or C&B is a big plus.
4) Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
5) Proficient in Excel & PPT
