职位描述

Summary
Provide customer service support to Sales, Marketing and Service teams.


Essential Job Functions

1、Create, compile, edit, and proof correspondences, presentations, forms, spreadsheets,bulletins for management of sales, product management and serviced management, etc.
2、Provide sales support and service support including managing it Chinese warehouse and service parts depots in Beijing, Chengdu, and other locations. Manage inventory allocation.
3、Regular Inventory counting and financial reconciliation upon the instruction of Finance.
4、File, distribute all of the sales documents, product registration, company introduction, and company legal documents, and dealer documents to the sales in various locations.
5、Print sales brochure, data sheet, and catalog upon the approval of product management,business leader, service management, and general manager, keep the master file of any printing in a good order and transfer them to the product management and business leader.
6、Look for the vender by cost/benefit comparison to make company souvenirs upon the
management approval and make a proper storage and distribution upon the requests.
7、Provide the service quotation, service reports and parts consumption reports to the service management upon requests.
8、Sales planning and sales forecast, sales expenses reports collection, and reconciliation with Finance

9、Other assignments as required

Experience Requirements:


1、Bachelor’s degree or above in English or Trading.

2、2-3 years Sales Support or Customer Service working experience.
3、Specific Skills and/or Business Competencies
4、Proficiency in PC application, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
5、Proficiency in both written and oral English, Chinese.
6、Familiar with Custom Clearance issues and service operation.
7、Ability to work to deadlines.
8、Attention to detail.
9、A good team player. Customer focused
