岗位职责
1、通过电话参与CSD各项调研活动；
3、与病人进行沟通确保其理解CSD调研的要求，正确填写问卷并提高问卷填写的质量；
4、记录，登记，验证并更新相关的电话记录；
5、登记相关的问卷信息并检验相关问卷数据的准确性；
6、必要情况下，协助部门其他同事或项目完成调研任务。
