职位描述
岗位要求：
大专及以上学历
持有保险代理人资格证书
3年以上市场营销经验（有银行保险经验者优先录用）
熟悉保险及金融业务知识
较强的沟通协调能力
岗位职责：
推动合作伙伴的业绩增长包括：各类竞赛、推广活动等的组织和推进；
开展及推动所辖渠道网点的销售工作，推动业务竞赛及促销等专案活动，达到销售目标
为所辖合作网点提供产品知识、销售技能等培训以及关系培养计划、转介绍和经验分享来帮助提升业绩
反馈相关市场信息、网点反馈意见及客户需求
维护所辖网点，保证各种销售业务单证及宣传资料齐全，及时递送业务单证
按公司要求参加部门例会和培训，填写相关活动管理工具，建立及更新网点档案，做好工作分析和总结
单证交接及客户保全服务
协助主管完成安排的其他任务
