职位描述
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Administrates company policies, HR manual and policy.
2. Assists in the whole recruitment process and participants in the interviewing process of staffs below Supervisor/Manager level.
3. Arrange and coordinate New Hire Orientation training. Update the training materials periodically and conduct some New Hire trainings.
4. Compiles and maintains up to date personnel records-both manually or through computerized HR system, and personal documents, such as job descriptions, employment letter.
5. Conducts payroll process prepares all the payroll reports.
6. Maintain training records and coordinate training program implementation according to yearly training plan.
7. Administrates employee supplementary benefits and society insurance through insurance company and CIIC.
8. Coordinate employees survey and facilitate and track the implementation of action plans based on the results.
9.Responsible for accuracy and timely update of employees data in HRMs system.
10.Conduct employee communication programs.
REQUIREMENTS:
?Bachelor degree in related discipline.
?2+ years experience in HR at a sizeable western manufacturing company in China
?Familiar with recruiting procedure and training process.
?Good written and read English skills.
?Good computer skills.
?Knowledge of Chinese labor laws and regulations.
?Ability to interface amiably and professionally with people of different levels and backgrounds
