职位描述

Key Functions:

To contribute the growth and profitability of the company by providing customers with high service standards and an excellent shopping environment which is in line with the brand image and the strategy of the Company.


Responsibilities:

o Managing overall store operations, personnel, administration and security

o Maintain store visual display and presentation in accordance with the image of the Company

o Ensure all operational procedures regarding sales, discounts, transfer and stock adjustment, human resources issues in aligning with the company policy

o Maintain the accurate inventory level

o Review and analyze sales performance from time to time; react promptly and propose strategy

o Provide seasonal feedback on merchandise movement

o Develop new customers and establish good relationship with customers so as to maintain them as regular basis

o Maintain the store in optimum condition from cleanliness to tidiness

o Strengthen and enhance every step of the in-store sales and customer service processes so as to maximize sales and customer satisfaction

o Train and develop personnel ensuring all positions performed in consistent standards

o Develop and maintain good relation with both internal and external customers


Requirements:

o High school or degree graduate

o At least 4 years of solid experience with proven track record at retail operation management

o Experience in retail high-end fashion is preferable

o Be energetic, assertive and customer-oriented

o Strong analytical ability and self-motivated with excellent people management with leadership skills

o Excellent command in written and spoken English and Putonghua

o Computer literary

o Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor
