responsibility
1. Provide enquiry services to the customers
2. Process SAP orders from end to end
3. Cross function/team communication to fulfill the orders, incl. supply, logistics, FIN, etc.
4. Contact with customer/sales for order status update and follow up
5. Monitor and chase customer due payment
6. Solve issues or raise the issues in time
7. relevant reports on needed basis
8. Provide admin support to the team
requirements
1. Good at communication in both Mandarin and English
2. Customer Services or logistics related experience or chemical background.（2-3 year experience is preferable）
3. MS Office software skills is must and SAP preferable.(SAP or Oracle is preferable)
