职位描述

POSITION SUMMARY:
1) To be a Business Partner to other operating and business units in achieving the Rockwell Automation vision
2) Responsible for financial planning, monthly and annual financial reporting, forecasting, special business analyses and strategic planning, preparation of presentation materials
3) To be a Technology Enabler utilizing the latest technology in enhancing and improving both quality and efficiency of the reporting system
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop and prepare
a) Monthly and annual financial statements
b) Monthly financial and performance analysis
c) Monthly and quarterly forecast
d) Annual operating plans
e) Long range operating plan and monitor the performance
f) Presentation materials
2. The review and analysis of reported operating results on a monthly basis identify significant variances from forecast and communicate to business units. Provide financial analysis information interpretation and counsel to Business Units, partner with Business Units to assist management in expense control and decision-making and to serve as a business advisor.
3. Identify, investigate, and analyze potential operational improvements to management. As appropriate, based on findings make proposal for operational changes (policy, procedures, processes, etc.)
4. Ensure thorough familiarity with policies and procedures relating to standards of business conduct, assist and enforce operations are in full compliance with the letter and spirit of such policies and procedures.
5. Perform all other duties as assigned and required.
INTERPERSONAL AND PERSONALITY
1.Team player with good interpersonal skill.
2.Mature, intelligent, energetic & trustworthy.
COMPUTER AND LANGUAGE SKILL:
3.Familiar with MS Office software, relative finance software and good written and oral English. ERP experience would be a plus

EDUCATION REQUIRED:
4.Bachelor's degree or above with major in Finance or Accounting.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
5.A minimum of 5 years work experience in accounting or finance field, including at least 2 years experience in FP&A, experience with operations/ manufacturing preferred.
6.Previous big 4 audit firm experience or multinational company experience is preferred.
7.Familiarity with PRC and US GAAP, policies, procedures and business systems.
