Introduction
-For Automation System business unit, we are looking safety product promoters. The main responsibility is to push SIMATIC safety portfolio to relevant channels and customers, support industry sales and jointly develop target customers to gain market share in the safety market.

What are my responsibilities?
- Analyze market & business opportunity of responsible product
· Define and execute regional 4P strategy for responsible product, focus on “Placement” & “Promotion”
- Being the product responsible person in region, drive and support all channels to achieve target of responsible product
- Drive and support I S colleague and external partner
- Promotion at target customer and relevant safety standard association/committee
- Joint promotion with CE safety product
- Deliver knowledge
- Provide intensive product knowledge internally and externally
- Organize local promotion activities in the region
- Develop target customer
- Define the target customer with region sales and BU
- Track the development

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Rich knowledge of SIEMENS products and TIA concept or competitors’ products
- Solid technical background and best with hand-on engineering experience with safety related products or safety-integrated projects
- Sales experience in SI, distributor or international/domestic automation supplier.
- Bachelor or above.
- 2-5 years working experience in automation
- Safety-related branch experience in e.g. automotive, boiler, press machine, special equipment are preferred

- Good communication skills internally and externally, and good ability to listen
- Good presentation skills to present in front of large audience
- Quick learner with good business sense.
- Ability for structured & analytic approach to analyze status, propose measures, implement and follow-up
- Team work spirit

-Distributed field devices from the ET 200 range are employed as fail-safe I/O. There are versions for the control cabinet or, with a high degree of protection, for cabinet-free use – in modular and in block design. Connection of the I/O is realized by means of PROFIsafe via PROFIBUS and/or PROFINET.
-The fail-safe systems are either configured in the TIA Portal using STEP 7 Safety Advanced or as before with STEP 7 and S7- Distributed Safety. The LAD and FBD languages as well as pre-configured, certified blocks are used for programming the safety program.
