Detailed Responsibilities:
?Work on WMS Solution design, develop, deploy, test and go live;
?Work with customers/internal China and overseas operation, solution and IT department/outsourced EDI/system vendor to define requirements within project scope, map requirements onto WMS functionality in fixed framed budget and lead-time to design and deliver feasible best-fit model;
? Able to work alone to fulfill solution experience, application expertise and industry best practice to design operational flowchart----inbound and outbound process and deliver solution to help customers achieve best practice, and our internal operation to run the project smoothly;
? Deliver training and on-site support during system verification, pre-production, and post go-live stage;
? Deliver consultancy to customer/our internal operation regarding application functionality and possible enhancements;
? Continuously identify productivity barriers and develop solutions to improve, incident support management/escalation in good manner;
? Draft implementation documents, including training materials, test case, User manual, function solution design, work breakdown structure etc.
? Responsible for assisting the new project/clients/sites cabling, network, engineering not limited to AP/switch/RDT installation and test;
? Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language with both internal and external users;
? Ability to effectively priorities and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment, and enjoy the experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment;
? System migration from local WMS to Red Prairie WMS gradually;
? Others, like TMS and EDI implementation and support.

Requirements:

? Knowledge & Skills Basic technical knowledge in UNIX, SQL and Middleware Integrator of WMS.
? Knowledge of the full WMS implementation process, from pre-sale to potential clients, requirements collection, to be design, statement of work, gap analyze,customization.
? WMS web application/Barcode scanner/RF environment (Telnet and client-application) like AP/switch/label printer configuration, test script development
and execution.
? EDI principle and platform knowledge like Sterling commerce tool Gentran/GIS.
? Good oral and written English.
? Education & Training Bachelor or above degree in logistics/supply chain management or computer.

? Experience 6+ years’ experience on warehouse management system implementation like MK, Flux, Exceed/Infor, Highjump, Red Prairie, Manhattan etc.
? Personal Characteristics Self-motivated and strong organizational skills.
? Ability to work independently.
? Occasional business trips upon the real need domestically.
? And self-motivated with proven ability to contribute to new challenges.
