1. 受理来自淘宝及相关网络用户的Chat, Call, Email及BBS维护.
2. 提供具有专业能力的高质量服务支持,显示出优秀的客户服务意识并有责任确保客户满意;
3. 通过CRM,AMI等系统生成并归档个案.
4. 通过有效沟通解决客户的问题,并尽量促成订单和促进客户再次购买;
5. 熟练操作订单处理的各类流程,如:修改订单、取消订单、退换货、取消退换货等;
6. 与仓库相关人员对口,处理客户的各类特殊需求,必要时升级给主管;
7. 升级超出服务权限内及无法得到确定解决方法的问题
职位要求
1, 大专及以上学历。
2. 有3年以上淘宝网客服操作经验
3. 打字速度在每分钟60字以上
4. 具有一定的管理能力
