职位描述
此岗位要求:全日制本科,英语听说读写熟练,customer service经验或sales admin经验。

Responsibilities:
-Order processing, reporting, coordination with internal & external
customers
-Provide solution to customer’s query, review regularly with customer for
future business development
-Guarantee the whole sales order executed smoothly, tackle problems
occurred
-Keep good communication with external customers
-Cooperate with other relevant department for sales activity
-Observe, receive, and otherwise obtain information from all relevant
sources
-Handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances and conflicts,
or otherwise negotiate with others
Requirements:
-At least Bachelor’s degree or above with major in International Trade or
Business management preferred
-At least 2-3 years of working experience in the Trade/Logistics field
-Logical thinking
-SAP knowledge preferred
-Sufficient knowledge about contract management
-Familiar with Chinese policy about Customs, Tax and Trade compliance
-Master fluent English skills
