工作职责
-领导个人银行销售队伍，积极开拓个人客户业务及促进个人理财产品的销售
-策划及推行外展促销活动以拓展营销渠道及开发潜在客户
-协助业务主管制订分行之个人银行业务及抵押贷款计划

岗位要求
-具大学本科或以上学历
-3年以上销售工作经验，其中1年以上领导及管理工作经验, 具银行/金融业经验者优先考虑；
-熟悉个人理财产品及楼宇按揭业务知识
-性格积极进取，处事独立，能承受工作压力
-对人民银行及外管条例有基本认识
-中、英文程度良好，熟悉办公室计算机软件应用
-可以接受轮班的工作安排

Job Responsibilities:
-Lead a team of Business Development to promote selling personal financial services products and services
-Plan outdoor promotion activities, e.g. road shows to explore potential customers
-Assist line manager in personal Financial business planning and insurance/mortgage business development

Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree or above
-over 3 years’ experience in sales including 1 years’ experience in management; relevant working experiences in banking industry preferred;
-Familiar with personal financial products and insurance/mortgage business knowledge
-Basic knowledge of PBOC, SAFE and tax laws and regulations
-Out-going and aggressive, independent working style, strong interpersonal skills and willing to work under pressure
-Proficiency in both Chinese and English, familiar with office software application.
-Willing to work on shift.
