Responsibilities:

· Liaise between merchandising team and retail team for buying follow up, such as blind buy, early buy, Top-up, Drop, etc.

· Consolidate and analyze sell-in and sell through data; support merchandising manager to prepare buying analysis; support merchandising team for all kinds of analysis according to requirement

· Forecasting tracking and analysis according to forecasting timeline and milestone; in time feedback merchandising team after each round line list update for any issue, such as Delay, Low margin, Blind buy, Drop, etc;

· Provide professional action plan to adjust the sales performance

Requirements:

· Possess strong presentation, listening, verbal and written communication skills, both in Chinese and English.

· Continually look for ways to experiment and drive new learning. Translate insights into original concepts that benefit the business

· Establish personal credibility through character and professional expertise

· Excellent Analytical skills ,Ability to use extensive system knowledge to prepare informative reporting tools. Generate, analyze and recommend alternative actions. Determine relevant information and draw sound conclusions. Excellent numerical sense and analytical skills

· Utilize business strategies to develop realistic plans and drive to execution

· Strong financial acumen
