Report to: Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

ü To be the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries for Regus business, products, and services.

ü To handle all enquiries effectively, with a sales-focused mindset, with the goal of booking a sales tour or converting the call to a sale on the spot.

ü To meet and exceed the sales targets as assigned and to ensure all enquiries are followed-up on by the Sales Managers.

Key Position Requirements:

ü Minimum 1 years of working experience in a sales role

ü Excellent communication skills (both in oral and written) in Mandarin and good in English

ü Excellent team player and ability & passion to sell over the phone with excellent convincing capability

ü Ability to multi task and to meet deadlines while keeping a can do attitude

ü Proficient in using Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel) and CRM systems.

ü High school certificate / Diploma qualification
