首要职责
Principal Accountabilities:
? Support to identify potential suppliers by participating in supplier evaluations.
? Support supplier technical reviews done by Engineering and Manufacturing departments.
? Develop a Supplier Audit Checklist to evaluate supplier quality systems.
? Conduct supplier audits and identify opportunities for improvement.
? Participate in supplier selection process representing the Quality function.
? Followup with suppliers to verify quality improvements identified during supplier audits.
? Support preliminary quality reviews of 1st Article/OTS (Off Tool Sample) parts.
? Manage the supplier APQP activity including PSO audits and PPAP submission approvals.
? Interact with customers for both proactive (APQP) and reactive (Corrective Action Response) situations.
? Drive the supplier quality improvement activity after SOP.
? Develop and maintain a supplier quality performance scorecard.
? Assist suppliers with problem solving of quality issues.
? Products improving
? Customer complaining handling
? Internal Q-reproting (Bi weekly, monthly, management meeting, etc.) coordinating of setup Quality Objectives
? Other task as assigned

学历及技能要求
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
? A minimum of 3 years experience in a technical position related to quality systems in a manufacturing environment or in a supplier quality role.
? Computer proficiency including MS Word, Excel, and statistical/calibration programs.
? Ability to interact professionally and build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
? Expertise in design quality according to APQP process and customer requirements.
? Experience with TS16949 automotive quality standard, strong communication and coordination skill also needed.
? experience in colour matching of printed roll goods manufactured using roto-gravure printing BS in Manufacturing, Industrial or Quality Engineering.
? Knowledge of Chemical industry and car inner material
? Ability to travel
? Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal skills.
