- Experience in supply chain management
- Experience with complex client needs;
- Strong ability to lead and influence stake holders;
- Fluent spoken and written English. Native speaker is preferred

- Management of suppliers for Immigration and Destination Services (mobility/relocation/expatriate)
- Generate recommendations for changes, performance gaps and outlining client needs within the team
- Acts as source consultative/proactive resource for pool of suppliers to support client special needs for business needs regarding solutions or recommended options
- Understands and articulates complex situations, implements best practices creative thinker and problem solver
- Anticipating issues and concerns and proactively raising them to be addressed
- Develops and updates training materials to ensure consistence of service delivery worldwide
- Prepares presentation materials for training session
- Sets process in place for referral reporting and collection,supports the control function process with Finance
- Creates/updates instruction guide, and report template
- Primary contact for projects and questions related to owned services, geography and/or global clients
- Supports immigration manager and director to accomplish set objectives and drive performance of the service line
