要 求:
1. Education: University degree holder, with major in Computer Science, Mathematical or Finance
2. Work Experience: Preferably with 2-3 years relevant working experiences with a multinational company. Consumer industry will be a plus. Fresh graduates are also acceptable.

Keen sense of numbers and good with detailed analysis work
4. Strong interpersonal skill, good team player

PRINCIPAL OBJECTIVES:
This position will assist mainly in the maintenance of master file, coordination and management of inventory balances between variance of systems (DRP, JDE and Manugistics), coordination with plants, warehouse as well as inter company related parties for discrepancies in shipment and returns.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Daily update of SKUs received in JDE and DRP system based on warehouse goods receipt report and product CIQ release report from Importation team and closed DRP invoice accordingly.
2. Ensure the inventory balance in DRP, is properly reconciled to JDE system on daily basis via checking several of reports required by SOX.
3. Create new codes requested by brand and maintain existing codes in JDE master data field for both saleable and non-saleable items. Such information includes product description, bar code, line type, product classification as well as retail and net price.
4. Coordinate with plant, supply chain and finance for discrepancies in shipment/return. Coordinate with inter-company/warehouse for deployment of stocks and follow up.
5. Work with forecasters in management of excess inventory and control which includes timely analysis of inventory balances and action plan follow up after discussion with brand.
6. Assist the team for preparing different reports upon request.

2、负责部门同事的报销核查及报销报告的制作
3、负责部门活动的安排,工作餐或聚会的预定及安排,组织安排会议

销售支持:
1、负责销售数据统计,利润分析
2、产品销售价格跟踪
3、根据销售的预算在系统里输入销售预算数字
4、更新客户信息
