职 责:
Assist APMT North Asia, CES & MPRO Mainland China employees in all aspects of HR management, especially in recruitment, compensation & benefits and employee information management as well as the Shanghai office administration management to support organizational and people development needs.
服务指标/Target:
Human Resource:
1 Staffing Support:
1) Publish and follow up the Job Ads through different recruiting channels, such as SAP e-recruitment, 51 job,etc
2) CV screen and shortlist to HR/Business Manager
3) Conduct on-site PI/LI test and interview arrangement & coordination
4) Employee mobility support, eg. On-boarding preparation, transfer, contract management and termination
2 Compensation & Benefits Coordination:
1) Acting as the monthly payroll & social insurance process owner to ensure the on-time delivery and 100% of accurate as well as in compliance with the local statutory related regulation by collaborating with external vendor CIIC
2) Medical Insurance management, new staff enrollment, information update, renewal formalities and the necessary employees communication
3) Expats benefits administration, including relocation, pension, housing, schooling, language training,etc
4) Annual medical check-up arrangement and communication
5) Annual leave system adjustment and maintenance
3 HR Information System:
1) SAP update and maintenance for all people/organization changes in a timely manner in order to keep the system data updated
2) As a HR system administrator to trouble shoot all the system-related problems requested from the employees
3) Update the organization chart & headcount report whenever there’s any change
4) Keep good filing for all HR related documents
4 HR Vendor Management:
All HR vendor contract management, including the recruiting, compensation & benefits, labor law consultation, employee relationship,etc
5 Other ad-hoc employee queries/requests handling and HR projects support
Administration:
1 Office Maintenance and Management, ad-hoc office relocation support
1) Maintain and update office, to ensure the office secure and in a clean environment
2) Monitor and coach the receptionist to deliver the satisfactory admin service and provide the necessary guidance
3) Manage the admin external vendors
4) Ad-hoc office move/re-layout support
2 Administration & Personal Assistance support to APMT North Asia Director

2.英语六级
3.人事经验1年以上
4.有团队精神
5.有较强的Microsoft office, Excel, PPT 能力

1, handle induction and resignation;
2, responsible for the establishment and maintenance of personnel files and staff training files;
3, responsible for training bond、 employee scholarship program and other related matters;
4, arrange EHS training
5, support to arrange internal training and employee authorization ;
