职位描述
要 求:
1+ years of chat handling experience, prefer online chat experience
Strong computer skills in typing(60words/min), and word/excel
Proactive, energetic, warm and enthusiastic
职 责:
Handle online chat, call, and email for Taobao related consumers, maintain BBS. Answer consumer inquiry, check order status, solve problems and further promote new orders, especially of next purchase by effective communication;
Use Call Center system, and update consumer profile, check and record worksheet
Coordinate with order management team and effectively according to consumer requirements, and transfer worksheet by system if necessary;
Escalate worksheet and report to team leader of special cases, crisis or cases that out of service charge.
Build good brand image among consumers at any time and ensure consumer satisfaction.

Quality and timeliness of online chat ,call, and e-mail parts
Ensure no any missing chat/call/e-mail record on working time
Ensure build goods brand image on communicate at any time.
Ensure sales process, return process are strictly follow
Follow special cases procedure, and ensure escalate cases report to team leader, and all special cases are authorized per processing
