要 求：
Prefer at least 2 years working experiences in MRP planning and logistics
University Diploma or equivalent education background
Prefer at least 2 years with SAP knowledge
Good English and Chinese ( fluent in speaking, writing and reading )
Basic Computer knowledge in Ms Excel & Ms Word
Detailed SAP Training in Purchasing and MRP Planning
Good communication skill
High degree of planning, organizational and analytical skills

职 责：
Primary responsible to assigned product group demand planning and supplier delivery planning (included direct shipment) in SAP with optimized stock level and minimum lot size to ensure all committed customer requirements and global sales targets are being fulfilled & achieved
Consolidate responsible product groups or manufacturing locations on total projected demand forecast from Sales Managers every month before review and updates in SAP
Responsible to provide the demand forecast to local product suppliers and supplier purchase order handling in SAP
Responsible on product import custom clearance process
Responsible on all products import receipt into warehouses included transfer stocks from Bonded to Non Bonded Warehouse and SAP postings
Assist Planning Manager on Warehouse and Logistics Service Provider’s total performance level, process change coordination and complete the billing & payment process to finance Dept
Responsible to assigned Product and Supplier Master Data Creation and Maintenance in SAP - on time and updated
Primary responsible for assigned product group & articles on customer enquires or customer order confirmation and delivery status from customer/Customer Service/Sales.
Responsible to monitor external service providers on stock movement and quantity accuracy and do stock adjustment if necessary on monthly basic.
Prepare monthly reports to local top management
Assist finance dept to solve supplier or logistics / warehouse service provider’s payment problem and solved on time - to prevent any supplier payment is affected and caused customer delivery is affected
