1、主要负责财务部应付帐款的工作
2、操作财务ORALCE系统

职 责：
Reviewing payment requisitions
- Reviewing all kinds of Payment Requisitions (General, welfare, Fixed Assets, A&M, Training, Project, ect.) according to relevant policies and regulations

Making payment requisitions
– Making payment requisitions for specified constant payments (steam, rents, insurance, ect.) and occasionally sundry payments.

Book-keeping
- Making entries for all transactions under my responsibility timely and properly, ensuring punctuality of the monthly financial reports
- Reconciling bank transaction.
