职位描述
要 求:
1.Bachelor degree in a field related to Human Resources or information management.
2.4+ years in Human Resources information systems
3.Previous experience working with Oracle, Platinum
4.Excellent PC skills (MS Office) and a basic understanding of the fundamentals of HRIS applications.
5.Good problem solving and analytical ability.
6.Ability to work effectively with others to achieve common goals and respond positively to situations.
7.Proven self-management skills that demonstrates the ability to complete assignments in a systematic and timely manner.
8.Good verbal/written communication skills that demonstrate the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely to influence business decisions on systems and applications.
职 责:
*Responsible for all the HRIS network/systems (such as Oracle, E-Commssion, E-attendance, E-leave, e-on boarding…), work with project team and vendor independently, provide technical support in the analysis, design, development and integration of HRIS and facilitate the communication between vendor and HR;
*Monitor and report to management on the status of project assignments and ensure the project is on schedule, identify issues, conduct thorough testing and suggest improvement actions both during system establishment and utilization stages;
*Responsible for maintaining the related HR database, including collection and updating of employee HR information, personal information, performance rating, training records etc., and generating regular reports for management’s information;
*Identify key processes of the HR function and assist in the documentation of processes and monitoring of ongoing implementation, initiate the improvements and seeks integration into the HRIS;
*Responsible for development of training materials / user guide and training plan and conduct training for end users. Actively engage in communication with key end users, especially those in offices/sales force, obtain feedbacks and facilitate solution of problems;
*Acts as internal experts, consultants, analysts, and program managers. Supervises and trains Junior HRIS specialist if applicable.
*Other duties assigned by the Superior.
