要 求：
'- Financial/ commercial contact/interface for local CEO, SVP Controlling & Accounting, and
Board of Management
- Stabilizing and structuring Controlling and Accounting departments
- Close monitoring of profit and cash; act as enabler for further growth.
- Ensure consistent planning, forecasting and reporting quality to headquarters
- Support establishment of new China-Headquarters; merge existing legal entities into one
legal entity for China

职 责：
'- Preferably German /European with work/educational experience in Germany
- Senior, mature and confident
- Allrounder in the area of finance and controlling
'- Master Degree in business administration / economics, focus finance / controlling; MBA degree would be a plus
- possibly also industrial engineer with strong background in business administration / management
'- around 10 years of work experience in CO/AC department or audit company.
- Leadership experience
- Ideally experience in the area of machinery industry / plant engineering
'- Fluent English language skills, Chinese, ideally German
