要 求:
1)Strong planning and organization skills with good ability in identifying and managing different priorities in a dynamic, fast-changing business environment

2)Solid team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills – able to interact with and engage staff and managers at all levels

4)Good awareness of business trends in the local marketplace and of the Bank’s priorities across Businesses and Functions

5)Strong language skills in both English and Putonghua (verbal and written)
具有良好的语言技能,包括流畅的中文和英语的口头和书面表达能力。
6)Solid computer skills particularly Microsoft Office related software programmes

7)Knowledge of the banking industry in China is preferred; moreover, bachelor degree from a reputable university and work exposure to financial data are considered as assets

职 责:
Branch Planning分行规划
1)Conduct market research on local business potential, considering the strategy and business plans of Consumer Banking and Wholesale Banking in the branch
进行本地潜在业务市场的调查,并充分考虑到个人银行和企业银行的发展策略和业务计划。
2)Manage key events for all staff in the branch including annual dinner, learning week and Corporate Social Responsibility related activities
管理分行主要活动,包括年底员工聚餐、职员培训周,以及与银行企业社会责任有关的活动。
3)Coordinate local visit itineraries for China Executive Committee (EXCO) members and Group senior leaders, working closely with the relevant offices of the visitors on activity schedule, communication with local government and regulator offices, local travel logistics, as well as meal and gift arrangements
当渣打中国执行委员会及集团高层领导成员视察分行时,与相关领导的办公室人员密切配合安排行程并协调日程进展,及与当地政府和监管机构进行良好沟通,协助编排会议、用餐和礼品赠送。
4)Collate branch level reports for review by Branch Management Committee (Branch MANCO) and Regional Leadership Team (RLT) Heads, seeking and organizing data from different Businesses and Functions in the branch
从分行各业务和职能部门收集相关资料并整理成分行报告,供分行管理委员会和区域领导团队审阅。
5)Organize meetings for the Branch Manager (internal and external, including Branch Manco and RLT), and attend them to take minutes and support follow up actions as needed
协助分行行长组织各类会议(内部和外部,包括分行管理委员会和区域领导团队会议),记录会议纪要,并在需要的情况下协助跟进相关事项。
HR Management人事管理
1)Labor contract sign-off & on boarding documents checking/collection
负责新员工入职相关的材料的收集及劳动合同的签定和盖章。
2)Complete exit procedure through off-boarding system
当员工离职时,通过离职系统监控并完成离职所需的手续。
3)Prepare CIIC report template according to new joiner & resigners' information.
根据员工入职和离职信息更新中智报表。
4)Coordinate Q12 survey
协调及推广Q12 员工契合度调查
5)Support the Flexible Working application
协助年度不定时工时制申请
6)Take charge of the personal income tax filing
负责月度个人所得税申报
7)Certification issuing
开据各类证明。
Office management办公室管理
1)Coordinate local activities for Functions that do not have onsite presence, serving as these Functions’ key contact point in the branch and facilitating functional activities, as required, across Businesses and Functions in the branch
协助处理目前在分行尚未成立的职能部门的事务,作为这些职能部门在分行的主要联系人,根据需要,积极协助并向分行各业务和职能部门推动相关的工作。
2)Manage branch administration in line with Banking Services guidelines and standards, taking into account the needs of all staff in the branch; areas of focus include health and safety, car and driver management, printing, stationery, pantry, equipment, and electrical appliances
以银行采购服务部及行政部的准则和标准,加上分行员工的需求,来管理分行行政事务,其中包括员工在办公室的健康和安全、公司车子和司机的安排、资料的影印、办公用品的采购、茶水间及办公设备和电器的管理。
Additional support to Branch Manager协助处理分行行长的各项事务
1)Manage the Branch Manager’s business schedule including business travel
管理分行行长的业务日程,包括出差安排。
2)Handle business correspondences for the Branch Manager in line with branch priorities, in particular verbal and written correspondences with local government and regulatory officials
根据分行业务的优先处理规程,为分行行长进行有关业务的回复,特别是口头和书面上对当地政府以及监管机构官员进行及时回应。
3)Process and track Branch Manager related expenses
记录和处理分行行长的相关费用。
4)Support presentations to be conducted by the Branch Manager, including drafting presentation content and providing onsite support
协助分行行长准备讲演稿,包括起草言讲内容和提供现场帮助。
