Mission statement
Provide support to enable smooth systems operation and successful system related projects.

Work relations
Internal: Application system users, Application system business owners, Internal Auditor
External: Zone IS team, 3rd party Consultant


Responsibilities:
1. Application system management
Manage related interfaces, periodical processes, system setup under IS’s responsibility.
Monitor usage of system functionalities and propose actions for improvement.
Coordinate with Zone IS team for any malfunction and performance issue which found at application system and suggest necessary corrective or preventive actions.

2. User Support
Maintain user account and access right according to AL procedure & rules.
Provide daily support to key users and end-users: resolving problems / providing consultation on complex usage and process / organize training / adjust report, etc
Prepare and update user manual & functional flow chart, website FAQ
Manage system related project and the full cycle of change requests (defining, validation, build, testing & execution)

3. Report
Provide 1st level support report per month.
Provide user account check report per quarter
Maintain system issue log
Provide system usage audit report per half-year
Any other reports necessarily


Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree, major in Information Technology or related. At least 1-years work experiences.
2.Have experience on Sales, Finance and HR system development and maintenance.
3.Good at MS SQL Server development and maintenance.
4.Have experience on Crystal report. Have VBA development experience is preferred
5.Familiar with HTML、CSS、XML、JavaScript. Have ASP and ASP.net programming experience is preferred.
6.Good at documentation is preferred.
7.Good communication skills. Fluent English both spoken and written.
8.Quick learning, Self-motivated, team work and strong sense of responsibility is preferred
9.Have experience on C/S project and familiar with .net platform is preferred.
