JOB Responsibilities:
1.Drive business development program
- Taking into account local market specificities, set up with affiliates a promotion action plan for efficient deployment of AL offers on WWWT: drinking water, waste water treatment, Sludge reduction.
- Capitalize on his contacts with OEMS and association to provide orientations to affiliates on the offer content.
- Prepare presentations to support sales and marketing teams

2.Provides technical assistance to APAC affiliates
- Helps affiliates business developers and application engineers to evaluate customers’ needs.
- Conducts preparation and presentation of technical offers based on AL solution : process solution and equipment implementation
- Contributes to offer review by checking the feasibility of the commitments (results, lead time, etc)
- Coordinates commissioning and start up at customer site

3.Transfer knowledge & expertise
- Maps competencies
- Develops plan to raise competencies (in room training, experiential learning)
- Trains junior application engineer during operation systems start up
- Provides training to business development team of APAC zone.

4.Contributes to application equipment localization and performance improvement
- Capitalizes on start-up and commissioning to provide feedback on application equipment performance, potential improvements, design simplification

5.Supports R&D team
- Keep abreast of new developments and market trends in field of expertise
- Shares relevant information on market trends and new customers needs to satisfy

JOB Requirements:
1.Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related major
2.At least 5 years experience in plant water treatment and appropriate clientele contracting
3.Experience in project for drinking water, waste water treatment with Oxygen, sludge reduction.
4.Have practical experience in WWWT plant construction installation and project management.
5.Deep knowledge on waste water treatment processes, particularly the ones involving gas (CO2, O2, ozone)
6.Familiar and know about pharmaceutical, chemical and pulp and paper markets.
7.Good English skill both in written and oral
8.Well- organized, creativity and customer oriented.
9.Good project management skills and communication skills
10.Demonstrating responsibility and accountability to achieve objectives
11.Able to work efficiently in a matrix type of organization.
