This position requires solid management skills to fulfill the role of supporting growing IT needs of Air Liquide China, which includes but not limited to manage and coordinate technical projects; maintain good relationships internally (multi-functions, subsidiaries, APAC center) and externally (partners,…).
-Lead & manage local IS Team to support for application systems and delivery service for all subsidiaries of China.
-Drive IS projects in China (Finance systems, ERP, BI, etc.), coordinate with APAC IT share services and Competence centers. In collaboration with all parties, communicate, animate, and manage the team and customers to ensure the ownership of the system.
-Ensure complete support chain is provided to end user, by ensuring technical and functional support, applying AL standards (Security policy, license control, and etc.). Contribution resolution on customer orientations.
-Ensure users satisfaction and ownership towards their IT tools in order to maintain the quality of services provided by IT department.
-Prepare the necessary solutions (training plans, procedures, users documentations or any other tools).
-Relationship Management with multiple sides is essential.

Requirements
-Degree in information system or related field is required.
-8 years plus experience in applications system, especially at Finance system, ERP, BI domains.
-Minimum of 3 years experience in county level project management of MNCs as well as people management
-Good co-ordination and management skills to manage local IT responsible, external service providers and to co-ordinate with the central IT team.
-Customer focus, sense of urgency, professional demeanor, analytical thinker and global viewer.
-Fluent with business level English both orally and written is a MUST.
-Ability to learn and well-verse in escalation procedures.
-Experiences of Oracle EBS & EPM products are preferred.
