Responsibilities
1.Contract Review and Negotiation – Negotiate, draft and review long term supply contracts and other legal documents in Chinese and English.
2.Litigation/Arbitration/Dispute - Initiate, defend and settle of claims, demands, arbitration and litigations throughout China; monitor procedures and progress of court and arbitration proceedings to ensure the Company’s rights are protected.
3.Research and investigation – Conduct legal research and provide legal opinion for daily operation issues.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s law degree or above from either a fine domestic university or an overseas university.
2.Admitted to practice in China.
3.Have a minimum of 8 years professional experience, which should include time working in a leading local or international law firm and/or within the legal department of a multinational corporation.
4.Have professional skills, including mature, independent judgment, excellent communication, and multicultural interpersonal skills. The ability to formulate creative, practical legal and business solutions and to play strong, positive roles independently and on multiple businesses with minimal supervision will be critical.
5.Have organizational agility, integrity and the ability to build trust, ability to priorities, team management, willing to travel and multilevel communication.
6.Language proficiency must be fluency (both spoken and in writing) in English and Mandarin.
