■ Participate in new supplier selection and approval

ü Identify suppliers and perform on-site audit with sourcing team to assess manufacturing and quality process to determine supplier’s capability on technical and quality control;

ü Conduct or coordinate first material inspection if needed;

ü Perform gap analysis on supplier’s capabilities and the needs for improvement to be a qualified supplier for AL;

ü Generate and maintain the database or documents of qualified suppliers;

■ Establish appropriate supplier quality metrics and drive continuous improvement of supplier performance

ü Identify and record any quality system problems of suppliers, initiate action to prevent the occurrence of product non-conformity;

ü Work with AL technical expert to verify root causes of supplier’s product non-conformity;

ü Cooperate with supplier’s technical engineering, manufacturing and quality departments on their corrective & preventive action plans for product non-conformity;

ü Resolve quality problems and follow up with appropriate paperwork to ensure effective corrective actions to be promptly executed

ü Perform periodic audits to existing suppliers to verify that supplier’s qualification system is maintained over the time

■ Lead on-site quality inspection

ü Establish and update the on-site Quality Inspection Operation Procedure;

ü Cooperate with AL technical expert to identify the critical equipments/parts which need to be inspected on supplier’s site;

ü Work with related expert and Travel to supplier’s site to monitor the manufacture process of critical equipments/parts and inspect the product quality;

■ Lead Supplier Performance Evaluation and validate the result

ü Organize supplier evaluation ;

ü Measure supplier’s performance with the inputs of buyers and users;

ü Prepare summary of supplier performance evaluation result;

ü Communicate with key suppliers for the directions of performance improvement;

Requirement：

■ Chemical industrial background化工行业背景；

■ 5 years experiences related with equipment management or equipment supervision, be familiar with rotating equipment or static equipment of chemical industry, and some extra electric knowledge is more excellent. 5年与设备管理或设备监理等相关的工作经验，熟悉化工行业动设备、静设备，具备一定电气知识为佳。

■ Business trip is necessary. 适应出差。
