JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education: college degree and above, preferred majored in Electronics, Mechanicals, Purchasing or Materials
2.Experience:3-5 years of sourcing or purchasing in a large scale manufacturer
3.Competency and Skills :
?Experience on vendor selection, price negotiation, contracting and product development process
?Experiences of handling connector , cable , PCB, electronics components, etc , especially in lighting industry is a plus.
?Good communication and team working spirits
?Good negotiation and coordination skill
?Honest and loyal
?Can work under great pressure
?Good English reading and writing skill
?Over four year's sourcing experiences.
?Electronics engineering degree.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
?Supplier Selection , evaluation and supplier performance management.
?Deploy materials/components strategies level by establishing of supply management strategies and sourcing plans for relevant commodity
?Identifies, qualifies, ranks and selects appropriate suppliers to optimize supplier base.
?Build and sustain a network with internal Philips purchasing team and external people in related industries to ensure knowledge transfer and sharing of best practices.
?Keep good relationship with suppliers and solve any problems arisen related to ensure the prompt delivery;
?Act as a first contact point if problems with the suppliers occur. Resolve vendor or contractor grievances and claims against suppliers
?Conduct RFQ , BOM costing, new project handling.

?Contract management &negotiation.
?Establishes baseline and target prices for negotiation with suppliers to ensure deliver good quality materials/components at lowest total cost.
?Assesses development capability and Q-level of suppliers
?Supplier audit&qulification
?Involve suppliers early in new product development stages
