JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Sustain LED product line running;
? Support new product transfer to production;
? Work directly with Manufacturing Operations and Process Engineering to ramp new products and processes into production;
? Interface with suppliers to evaluate second source materials and resolve technical issues;
? Indentify, initiate and implement solutions for process / product development that improves performance, reduces cost, strengthens yield, and increases capability;
? Provide training to other personnel to improve overall capabilities and knowledge;
? Work across company functional organizations to ensure product / project success;

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

? B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or other technical related field;
? Minimum 5 years in precision electronic or semiconductor manufacturing as process / equipment engineer;
? Strong technical background in electronic device performance;
? Ability to work independently and be self-sufficient while managing multiple projects;
? Excellent communication skill in English (written and spoken);
? Self-starter with strong personal work ethic;
? Must have a "whatever it takes" attitude;
? Mainly normal shift ( 8am through 5:30 pm window). Occasional flexible shifts needed, depending on project needs;
? Candidate with more experience will be considered for 'Senior Manufacture Engineering Engineer' position

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

? Experience with LED products a plus
