What are my responsibilities?
-Participate power train architecture design, and responsible for system integration requirements, system integration plan, integration test concept.
-Drivetrain (inverter/motor) control algorithm implementation
-System integration test and root cause analysis.
-Contribution to product/production process improvements by providing feedback from system integration & test.
-Provide necessary technological support to sales.
-Coordinate the cooperations of different competency teams for system integration and test.
-Take responsibility to monitor the realization of defined system requirements in subsystems.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. 5 years Experience in vehicle architecture, particularly power train system; vehicle integration; power train validation procedure and implementation. Rich experience in subsystem interface, system to subsystem function distribution, system/subsystem test concept.
2. Experience in Hybrid/Electric drivetrain/powertrain system integration and process management. Experince in conducting integration test and result analysis.
3. VCU,HCU,EMS development experience, battery system know-how are highly preferred
4. Experiences in Power electronics equipment and motor control are highly perferred
