POSITION OBJECTIVES
?
To develop the company’s sales of specific brand of products for the Away-from-home channel within existing and new international and domestic Key Accounts (both end customers and service providers)
?
To complete customer account management: recruitment, development, and retention of KAs, coordination of activities with Tork sales, marketing and distribution functions.
KEY AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES
?
Develop new and existing KA business through both top-down and bottom-up activities
?
Retain existing KAs
?
Take on total customer account management, including sales forecast, supply planning, delivery, order handling and payment follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability
?
Plan and implement sales activities to achieve defined targets
?
Maintain customer relationship and further penetrate new products to the KAs as well as develop KA across China
?
Ensure comprehensive joint business plans are in place, and reviewed monthly
?
Liaise with Sales function to ensure proper follow up of activities across China
?
Coordinate activities with European key account management team.
?
Anticipate customer needs and respond in a timely manner to all requests.
?
Handle customer complaint responsively to ensure that it is closed satisfactorily and seize the opportunity to strengthen customer relations and generate new sales.
QUALIFICATIONS
Functional skills:
? Familiar with HoReCa and/or industrial channel is preferred;
? In-depth knowledge and experience in sales module, B2B module is preferred.
Management skills:
?
A university degree is essential;
?
Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin, CET 6 and above.
?
Good presentation and communication skills;
?
More than 5 years sales experience in multi-national corporation is preferred.
?
