Based on our global business expansion, we are searching for a
Technical Director China

(Location: Dongguan Qingxi, Guangdong Province)

TASKS:
Line Management of our R&D and quality management team in CHINA
Coordination of project workflow between the R&D department and the quality department
Safeguarding that the defined project plans and quality standards are met
Implementation of standard procedures and processes to optimize work flow between the different departments
Interface between local departments in China and related headquarter departments in Germany
Direct reporting line to the Vice President Technologies/Managing Director Asia-Pacific

YOU OFFER US:
Technical university degree with majors on research & development, quality management or manufacturing
Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the field of technical consumer goods
International background (studies or work experience in Europe/USA)
Well-founded knowledge and experience in tooling, project- and quality management, product manufacturing, assembly processes, injection molding and engineering analysis
Strong leadership skills
First language Chinese
Fluent English language skills
German language skills is advantageous
Solid knowledge of CAD programs, ideally Pro Engineer Wildfire
High degree of pro-active thinking and willingness to take responsibility
Dedicated, innovative and motivating personality
Willingness to travel within China and foreign countries
