Label

- For each product type, make guideline of Label / Hanger / Inside Print for each product type, combine the packing instruction and all related label etc.

-Cost of label & packing for each product type

-Maintain the guideline and cost and update if there is a need

-Train new suppliers

-Giving guidance or instructions and offering support to suppliers with a view to shoot their problems during production, according to different product types

-Support the teams by giving clear instructions for different product types

-Initiate regular update between packing, shipping and label issues relevant with production

-Work with SEBO graphic department for new label developments

-Synchronize between label team and packing team

Trim

- Source new trim suppliers and create library for different products based on the understanding of department needs

- Coordinate accessories and shoes trims to one library in PO

- Synchronize with Material Room in SEBO

- Develop and secure the trim library / booklet for SHPO once informed by Material Responsible in Material Room / Shoe Room about the pre-season request and pre-season needs for booklet
