• Tertiary education
• Min 8 years experience in footwear business including 2 years in managerial position
• Work with internal partners in Production Management, Material Sourcing and Product Development that facilitate cross functional synergy and collaboration. Report to Director of Costing Management.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skill to make reasonable judgments on shoe cost
• Excellent with figures and detail-minded
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Communicate directly with US
• Knowledge in women shoes materials, construction & manufacturing process a must.
• Work location: Nancheng, Dongguan, China
