Core Function
Drive and manage the core vendors for accurate order execution through the production teams in China.



Duties: (5 - 10 points)



1. Lead and manage production teams in all production activities and interactions

2. Manage vendors and delivery performance in accordance to set plan

3. lead in order execution with internal parties and vendors

4. Determines long-range merchandise strategy for group from global perspective, considering both competitive and economic influences

5. Contingency plan on allocation when there is uncertainties arise

6. Coordinate with different parties regarding quality issues

7. pre-screen bulk lots & trims for JSP, AKAK & special market

8. update projection chart and VS chart weekly
