Position Summary
GRM Chinahttp://www.grmchina.com is now hiring a sales executive for our Digital Division to focus on new, business-to-business account development for our Document Solutions services. The primary responsibility is to maximize the sales of our services in the information management industry to new and existing customers and prospects. Other key responsibilities include:
Duties and responsibilities
Attain targeted sales for territory or assigned accounts by interacting with established customers and developing new prospects
Lead generation and prospecting activities to maintain required pipeline of prospect accounts
Qualify, research, track and develop leads into viable business opportunities
Effectively articulate the GRM value proposition to multiple organizational levels
Develop strong business cases, proposals and presentations for sales opportunities
Negotiate the terms of agreements and close sales
Participate in trade shows, conferences and industry events to build industry and customer awareness of GRM services and solutions
Maintain a strong knowledge of the industry, trends, technology, competitive offerings, and customer requirements, and provide informed feedback to the company
· Participation in professional organizations (sales, marketing, industry associations)
Requirements:
· Minimum 10 years working experience
· Minimum of 5 years of consultative sales experience in an enterprise or large account sales environment selling document imaging, EDM, content management, BPM, or similar applications
· Should come from an established industry leader, Xerox, EMC, Hummingbird….etc. or from an MNC user
· A large network within the specific industry space on all sides. Contacts with providors, competitors, clients and 3rd party value added suppliers as well as within industry assiciations in China.
· Exeperience working on the client side as a user is also a plus
· A strong hunter mentality – the ability to prospect and sell into new account opportunities, then upsell within the account
· Experience selling other outsourced services – SaaS, or the ASP model a plus
· Excels in an entrepreneurial atmosphere and is adaptable to change
Self-motivated and self-directed
Exceptional work ethic
Responds to incentives
· Technical awareness – can confidently converse with IT personnel
· Strong relationship building skills, with the ability to build and lead cross-functional teams to achieve sales results
· Ability to grasp and map processes and corresponding document and information flows between departments
· Proven record of exceeding quota in previous positions
· Demonstrated ability to win competitive major account sales
· Solid business acumen – strong understanding of how businesses operate across functional areas
· Native Chinese level and excellent (Near Fluent) English written and spoken Skills
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· 4-year degree minimum from a top Chinese university. A Masters degree is a plus specifically in a related field.
· Overseas experience is a plus.
